When we receive your call, we run through some quick questions to understand your scenario, and what risk elements are involved, IF life is in danger we will ask your to redial on 999, once you are being booked onto our systems, we send a message to our staff to get ready for a water rescue mission, they get the necessary water wading equipment and clothing into our specialist 4x4 and are then sent immediately to your location to assist as a matter of urgency.

We have 2x unique 4x4 vehicles that are equipped with dual winches, front and back, not only are they able to winch your vehicle out of danger, they offer on the spot recovery with a spectacle lift on rear, meaning we can recover your vehicle and and up to 3 passengers, saving you time waiting for a separate recovery vehicle in the cold wet conditions.
